SHB adheres to the core values of "people-oriented, customer service as the guide for enterprise development" and insists on the corporate mission of "working together to provide the best products for the society". We strive to achieve the development vision of "building the first brand of auto industry parts and making contribution to industrial enterprises".

2025
SHB factory in Malaysia was officially put into production and operation, opening a new chapter in the company's international development.
2024
The Shanghai R&D HQ, equipped with smart offices and high-end labs, was completed and launched. SHB's Malaysia factory was set up, marking a key move in its global expansion.
2023
Chuzhou Anhui's 2nd-phase wiper factory was completed and launched, solidifying SHB's domestic auto parts leadership.
2022
SHB started reconstructing Shanghai R&D HQ to boost core R&D. Jiangsu Pailien was founded in Sihong for new material plastic particles, and Chuzhou Anhui's 2nd-phase wiper factory construction began, strengthening domestic layout.
2019
New company - Tebo established in Rui’an Zhejiang; focusing on the design and manufacturing of cooling fan systems, covering 150 acres.
2018
In order to expand the business of seat motors, SHB purchased another 150 acres of land in Chuzhou, Anhui Province, to establish a new factory for the seat division (opposite the new factory for the wiper division in Chuzhou).
2015
New plant built in Anhui for expansion of wiper business into higher end markets. Total employees counts for 3800. Meanwhile new product development gets kickoff in Shanghai plant.
2008
New plant built in Rui’an SHB headquarter for the expansion of wiper system business, rendering an enhanced RD center with more advanced equipment, covering 200 acres and 2600 employees.
2004
A new plant built in Shanghai for expansion of seating motor business, Sales of seating motors grew progressively in the global markets.
2001
Mr. Wang flew to the United States to provide Faurecia a brand new production line of seat motors. This is the first international order for SHB, and the first step of company's presence in the international market.
1996
A new facility built for expansion of wiper system business, with more advanced RD capability and production lines. Site covering 4000 sqm. and 200 employees.
1992
Attained new name as Zheijiang SHB Automotive Electirc Appliance Co. Ltd., Started producing wiper systems. New factory site covered 1000 sqm.
1986
SHB established as Ruian Automobile Electric Appliance Factory, specialized in producing engine oil sensors. Factory covering 400 sqm. and has 30 employees.
